Todd is a CEO with more than 25 years’ leadership experience in the software technology space, including mobility, cloud and systems management. He was previously CEO of Mformation Technologies, a leader in mobility management for wireless carriers worldwide. Prior to this, he was CEO of Opalis Software—at the time the market leader in IT process automation software. Opalis was acquired by Microsoft in 2009, as a key component of its cloud automation strategy, and currently ships as the enabling technology in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Todd has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
Andreas Seidl is Automic’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Automic in 2008 he served as head of finance for eBay Austria and as CFO at I&T (a Magna/3M joint venture at that time). Before that he was a Consultant with management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company. Andreas has a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technical University of Vienna and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM)
As Chief Technology Officer, John is responsible for driving AUTOMIC's automation strategy. With more than 20 years of IT industry leadership experience, John was most recently CTO of CenturyLink Innovation Labs focusing on new and emerging cloud technologies, including multi-cloud interoperability and DevOps. Previously John was Strategic and Technology leader at cloud foundry-based AppFog, led the development and delivery of the first three releases of Microsoft Exchange Server, and led R&D for the Rackspace Cloud. Purrier is a founder and board member of OpenStack, holds various patents and has a bachelor of science from the University of Washington.
Chris is responsible for worldwide sales operations. Prior to joining Automic, he held sales leadership positions within the software technology space at IPSoft, BMC Software and CA Technologies—specifically within the areas of cloud automation, enterprise software and mobility.
Chris is responsible for Automic’s worldwide marketing. Prior to joining Automic, he served as chief marketing officer for cloud collaboration vendor Huddle, and data integration leader Informatica. He has more than 20 years of experience leading international teams at enterprise companies including SDL, salesforce.com, VERITAS and Oracle.
EVP ARA & Services. Directs Automic Software's global Release Automation Business and all Professional Services. Before joining Automic in 1999, Flamm spent 12 years as an IT and operations expert. Most recently, he served as Sales and Technical Manager at Platinum Technology GmbH, where he was responsible for activities in Austria and Central Eastern Europe.
As Senior Vice President of talent, Christine is responsible for recruiting and staffing, personnel and organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel administration and labor law issues. Prior to joining Automic, she served as human resources manager for Motorola Austria and worked as a consultant for Management Consulting Jenewein in Vienna.
Per is a partner at EQT, joining EQT in Stockholm in 2007. Prior to this, he spent six years at Morgan Stanley’s London and Stockholm offices working in M&A, Leveraged Finance and Nordic Banking. Per holds an M.Sc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics with exchange studies at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Måns was CEO of QlikTech from 2000-2007 and chairman from 2004-2009—the years that defined QlikTech’s strategy and created the momentum that carried QlikTech to a very successful IPO in 2010. During his tenure as CEO, QlikTech became the fastest growing enterprise software company in the world five years in a row. Måns sits on several boards, primarily in the ICT field, and is a frequent and popular speaker and panelist. Måns has 30 years of experience within IT, has invested in growth companies since 1992 and was previously a partner with Sundet Investment AB.
Bernard, a chartered accountant, is chairman of BJB Consulting, a CEO-to-CEO consultancy business. Until 2007, he was chairman of Atos Origin S.A., a leading global IT services company which he founded through a chain of successful mergers. Prior to this, he spent 11 years at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells where he was the head of the management consulting group. Bernard holds positions on various boards, including the board of advisors of Jefferies International Limited and Amadeus IT Holding, S.A. In 2004, he was appointed Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur.
Jonas is the CEO of Microsoft Sweden and board member of Automic. He has held numerous leadership positions within Microsoft and has vast experience from working with software R&D and cloud-enabled solutions. Jonas brings extensive software development and planning skills and experience to Automic, including SaaS solutions.
Vagn was CEO at Austrian Airlines Group between 2001 and 2006, and prior to this held various positions at SAS, including executive vice president and deputy chief executive officer. He is currently chairman of F L Smidth A/S, TDC A/S, Scandic Hotels AB, Select Service Partner Ltd. and Automic. Vagn also serves as vice-chairman of DFDS A/S and as director of Air Canada Inc., Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Inc., Lufthansa Cargo AG and Braganza AS. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus Business School, Denmark.
