    Aufgaben

    • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Marketing Teams bei der Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung der Marketing- und Vertriebstätigkeiten und im operativen Tagegeschäft
    • Aktive Unterstützung von Marketing-Projekten (Kampagnen, Events,  Hilfe bei der Präsentations-erstellung bei QBRSs) in Deutschland und Zentraleuropa
    • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projekten aus dem Marketing- und Vertriebsbereich
    • Erarbeitung von Marketing-Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing Manager
    • Umsetzung geplanter Marketingmaßnahmen und –kampagnen
    • Nachbereitung der Marketingmaßnahmen durch regelmäßige Analysen und Reportings
    • Durchführung von Recherchetätigkeiten
    • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Content-Strategien und Ideen: Planen und Verfassen von Inhalten in Text und Bild für Online-Marketing Maßnahmen, Newsletter, Blog-Artikel, Social Media, Technologieplattformen, Printmedien und Konferenzen
    • Kleinere Übersetzungs- und Anpassungsarbeiten aus dem Englischen (z. B. Tweets & posts),
    • Eventorganisation (Mithilfe beim Organisieren von Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen)
    • Unterstützung des Marketing- und Vertriebsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben (Datenpflege in Salesforce, Erstellung von Briefings, Auswertung von Statistiken)

    Profil

    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Excel und PPT im speziellen (Pivot, SVerweis, Datenaufbereitung)
    • Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM Datenbanken (idealerweise SalesForce)
    • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Grafikbearbeitung (Photoshop-Kenntnisse, Illustrator oder ähnliches)
    • Erste Erfahrungen mit Marketing-Content-Programme (idealerweise Hubspot) wünschenswert
    • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt

    The ARA Solution Strategist is responsible for improving and increasing ARA revenue through thought leadership, public evangelism and sales enablement.  The ideal candidate is someone who displays a competitive awareness as well as the ability to support sales and marketing while providing product and solution strategy for ARA.  We are looking for someone who has a passion for this role and the ability to sell ARA across CA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead funnel and opportunity pipeline
      • Monitor progress in funnel and pipeline
      • Take actions to improve quality, help marketing and SDR´s in the lead funnel to move to opportunity status and help sales to move deals through the pipeline to close win
      • Increase the conversion rate of the ARA deals
      • Understanding and ensuring the account manager executes the right sales process

    The Regional Marketing Manager will play an integral role in ensuring that CA/Automic’s Northern EMEA business unit meets the company sales targets.  You will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Northern EMEA field marketing and lead generation plans and programs supporting the sales organization. Key objectives include working closely with the business unit’s leaders to accelerate and close business through regional events; creating awareness of CA/Automic’s product and service offerings; establishing and managing lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified sales leads through other field marketing programs.  We are looking for a determined, motivated marketing expert eager to make a significant and immediate impact. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute and build on current demand generation strategies and programs that result in a steady flow of high quality leads which can be qualified and converted to a growing number of opportunities
    • Improve email marketing efforts through: analysis, process improvement, and improved segmentation and list management strategies
    • Ability to take corporate delivered messages and adapt to local market then execute marketing campaigns
    • Lead the coordination of webinars, set up the logistics, drive attendance, and follow-up on webinars to make sure those who could not attend can access replays.
    • Collaborate with sales organization, to set and deliver upon program expectations that drive measurable business success
    • Work closely with global marketing team and external resources to optimize campaign content.
    • Execute tradeshows, conferences, user events and local user group meetings
    • Monitor, review and report on all regional marketing activity and results, while benchmarking and adjusting campaign strategies if necessary
    • Determine and manage the Northern EMEA marketing budget 

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of integrated marketing campaigns experience
    • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation platform required
    • Strong project management skills to meet dead-lines
    • Ability to establish clear priorities and bring projects to completion on time and within budget
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Entwicklung neuer web-basierter Frontend Komponenten in Java und Vaadin
    • Implementierung automatisierter UI Tests
    • Optimierung von UI Komponenten in Bezug auf Usability und intuitive Workflows
    • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung im Bereich Backend für die Aufbereitung UI relevanter Daten

    Ihre Qualifikationen:

    • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Java- Entwicklung
    • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für UI Design und Usability
    • Idealerweise Praxis in der Webentwicklung mit RIA Frameworks (Vaadin, GWT, EXT-GWT, Smart-GWT, JFaces)
    • Know how in den Bereichen verteilte Systeme, große Datenmengen und skalierbaren Architekturen ist von Vorteil
    • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung automatisierter UI Tests
    • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
    • Kommunikationsfähige/r Teamplayer/in
    • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten

    Responsibilities:

    The main scope for this role is to deliver consulting services for Automic products to customers. The focus lies on integration and interfaces with other applications or infrastructure dependent on individual expertise.

    • Analyse customer automation requirements and environments
    • Support Automic Customers in Automation projects
    • Advise Automic customers in regards to Automation Engine architecture, infrastructure and operation
    • Install and configure Automic products
    • Advise customers in regards of further Business Process Automation potential
    • Support Automic customers in version updates
    • Support customers in upgrading and migrating their environments to ONE Automation
    • Development of Business Process Automation and interfacing customer applications
    • Develop, promote and implement automation standards
    • Identify automation improvements
    • Support pre-sales department 
    • Create customer documentation
    • Conduct standard trainings for Basics, Administration, Scripting etc.
    • Conduct customer individual trainings at customer premises
    • Own and maintain dedicated training documents and support team with new training material

    Requirements:

    • Education: University or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar education degree
    • Unix/Linux and Windows with strong programming/scripting skills
    • Oracle and MS SQL Server (DB2 as an option)
    • Covering new IT trends or technologies like Virtualization, Web Services
    • Strong understanding of heterogeneous application landscapes, interfaces and IT infrastructure
    • Ability to analyze different and complex technical customer environments
    • Strong ability to understand customer requirements

    • En parallèle, vous gérez votre propre portefeuille de clients dédiés, avec qui vous nouez une vraie relation de confiance et pour qui vous agissez en tant que partenaire technique majeur
    • Une réelle maîtrise de leur environnement technique est développée
    • Vous êtes capable de comprendre leurs problématiques aussi bien opérationnellement que techniquement et donc l’impact business de ces dernières
    • Vous suivez les différentes requêtes, leur état d’avancement et fournissez les explications des réponses associées
    • Vous améliorez la qualité de services rendue aux clients en participant activement à la création des formations produit et à la communauté des utilisateurs Automic.

    En tant que passionné(e), vous vous épanouirez chez nous en travaillant sur des produits complexes et techniquement stimulants.

    Profil :

    • Vous êtes diplômé Bac +3 à Bac+5 et vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 à 10 ans en SSII/ESN ou dans une organisation IT, idéalement au sein d’un service exploitation ou dans la production informatique en général.
    • Connaissance de UNIX / Windows et des langages de scripting (ksh, perl, visual basic…), des BDD Oracle et/ou MySql
    • Idéalement, vous êtes familier avec un ou plusieurs produits d’automatisation (Dollar Universe, UC4, ControlM etc.)
    • Vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes en recherche permanente de la satisfaction client
    • Adaptabilité et capacité de synthèse
    • Excellente communication, orienté client.
    • Anglais courant impératif, l’allemand est un gros plus.
